Fire TV Stick Setup Tutorial
Step 1: Install Downloader
From the Fire TV home screen, go to Find -> Search and type Downloader, then install it.
Open Settings -> My Fire TV -> About and click Fire TV Stick 7 times to unlock Developer Options.
Go back -> Developer Options and turn on Apps from Unknown Sources for Downloader.
Step 2: Install Your Player App
Open Downloader and search for your chosen app directly by name (e.g. TiviMate) inside Downloader's built-in search.
Install the app and press Done, then Open.
Step 3: Add Your Playlist
In the app, choose Add Playlist -> Xtream Codes and enter your subscription credentials received via email.
Android TV / Box Setup Tutorial
Step 1: Download Player from Play Store
Turn on your Android TV and open the Google Play Store.
Search for IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate and click Install.
Step 2: Login with Xtream Codes
Open the installed app, select Login with Xtream Codes API.
Enter your Username, Password, and Portal URL provided in your email, then click Add User.
Smart TV (Samsung & LG) Setup Tutorial
Step 1: Install App on TV
Go to your Samsung or LG TV App Store, search for IBO Player or Smart IPTV and install it.
Step 2: Activate Playlist
Open the app to find your MAC Address and Device Key displayed on screen.
Visit the app's official activation website on your phone/PC, enter your MAC address, and upload your M3U playlist link or Xtream details.
Apple / iOS (iPhone, iPad, Apple TV) Setup
Step 1: Download App
Open the App Store on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV.
Search for IPTV Smarters Player and download it.
Step 2: Connect Subscription
Open the app and select Login with Xtream Codes API.
Input your details and tap Add User to start streaming.
Windows & Mac PC Setup Tutorial
Step 1: Download Desktop Player
Download and install IPTV Smarters Desktop App for Windows/Mac or use VLC Media Player.
Step 2: Load Playlist
Open the app, enter your Xtream Codes API credentials, and load your channels.
Troubleshooting Tips
Check your internet connection. A stable connection of at least 15–20 Mbps is recommended for smooth HD streaming.
Make sure your Xtream Codes (Credentials) are entered correctly. These details are case-sensitive.
Update your IPTV player app to the latest version to avoid playback and loading issues.
Restart your device and also reboot your router/modem.
If you are using a VPN, try switching to another server or temporarily disabling it to test whether it resolves the issue.
Clear the cache of your IPTV player app, then reopen it and test again.
Some internet providers may restrict IPTV traffic. If you suspect this, using a VPN can often help improve access.
